General terms and conditions (GTC) for holiday home rentals

1. Contracting Parties

This agreement  will be betweenVilla el Aquila closed to the tenant.

​

2. Booking and payment

  2.1The tenant can book the holiday home at the specified prices and availability.

  2.2 A booking is only possible after receipt of a written confirmation from the landlord and the

        Payment of a deposit of 50% is mandatory.

2.3 The remaining amount must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.

3. Cancellations

3.1 If the booking is canceled by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

  • If canceled within 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.

  • ​

4. Arrival and departure

4.1The tenant can move into the holiday home from 9:00 a.m. on the day of arrival and must leave it by 10:00 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

5. Use of the holiday home

5.1The holiday home may only be used by the people listed in the rental agreement.

5.2 Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.

5.3 Pets are  allowed. The owner of the pet(s) is liable for any damage caused by the pet.

6. Liability and damages

6.1 The tenant is responsible for all damage to the holiday home and the inventory caused during his stay.

6.2 The landlord is not liable for any loss, theft or injury that occurs during the stay.

6.3 Use of the pool is at your own risk.Villa el Aquila is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the pool.

6.4 Children  must be supervised by an adult (duty of supervision).

7. Complaints

7.1Any complaints or problems must be reported to the landlord immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

8. Data protection

8.1 The personal data provided by the tenant will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

9.1 The landlord reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
